Requirements
  • Bachelor degree (preferably in Marketing)
  • 5-7 years of experience
  • Experience in related industry (Aesthetic/Pharmaceutical/Medical Device)
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Confident and dynamic personality.
  • Strong creative outlook
  • An advantage to have consumer marketing experience 
Responsibilities

GENERAL JOB SUMMARY

Manage day-to-day marketing programs and activities so that they meet the organization’s short and long-term business objectives in compliance with regulations and standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following: 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans for the organization’s products/services to meet established targets. Activities may include: market research, oversight of product development and design; pricing; launch new products; oversee advertising campaigns; and monitor sales performance. 
  • Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
  • Contribute to business planning at the executive level to develop a marketing strategy consistent with the organization’s overall mission, vision, and objectives. 
  • Define advertising objectives, recommend choice of media, and allocate resources so advertising campaigns are effective, economical, and appropriate for intended audience. Select and manage ongoing relationships with vendors. 
  • Adjust marketing strategy and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions. 
  • Liaise with other managers to ensure marketing activities are integrated with other parts of the business and align with the overall corporate objectives. 
  • Work closely with regional colleagues to align on key messages delivery to customers and consumers
