Position Requirement

  1. University Degree. Business School preferred 
  2. 15 years experience
  3. Banking experience and Software experience mix preferred
  4. Ability to work and lead independently
  5. Solid knowledge & track record of sales processes & systems
  6. Has his/her own relationships/network amongst Banks & Partners in the region
  7. Drive for Results
  8. Organizational agility: Is able to push internal stakeholders in the interest of Customer Satisfaction

  1. Pipeline and funnel management for Self and also for Team members
  2. Revenue achievement vs target
  3. Gross Margin achievements vs Target
  4. Collections: On time



  1. Sales Management process: Design and execution rigor/rituals 
  2. Relationships with Customers & Partners
  3. Ability to influence and co ordinate internally to make things happen
  4. Quality and Execution of Sales strategy

Position Responsibility

Develop, manage and execute Sales and Relationship Management strategy in ASEAN region to enhance growth of Products and Services and exceed Revenue and Margin objectives


Main Accountabilities :

1. Market Potential and Competitive Analysis

  1. Estimate $$$ potential of the market: Obtain IT spends/roadmap of prospects and arrive at addressable market
  2. Provide snapshot of competitor activity
  3. Provide insight into Market trends : What are customer buying/asking for
  4. Provide feedback regarding pricing/promotions/product launches/new business models/key events  


2. Sales strategy and Execution

  1. Market mapping and assessment of addressable Hunting and Cross Sell opportunities across the region
  2. Relationships with customers/prospects/partners to develop a healthy, qualified pipeline
  3. Manage the funnel effectively & efficiently by rigorous and repeated qualification of every opportunity.
  4. Coach, mentor and guide individual sales team members
  5. Lead key negotiations and deal/contract closure.
  6. Own and Deliver the Revenue, Gross Margin & Collection numbers for self and also for the sales members within the team


3. Partner Strategy & Execution

  1. Develop and Articulate Partner strategy for the region
  2. Cultivate and manage relationships with Partners in order to enhance market penetration of our Products and Solutions
  3. Be the escalation point for Partners


4. Voice of Customer

  1. Provide Voice of Customer, Voice of Partner feedback to Marketing / Delivery / Product teams
  2. Be the advocate of the Customer within the system. 
  3. Escalation Point for Customers/Partners
  4. Escalate to Exec leadership as required on Early Warning basis
