Requirements
  • Bachelor of Engineering or related fields.
  • 5 years up experience in sales engineering and customer relations on pulp & paper business or similar. Working experiences in relevant business 10 years up.
  • Experienced in power & energy is advantage.
  • Knowledge in engineering technics and interpretation to customer understanding.
  • Familiar with requirement, especially Indonesia business relevant laws.
  • Good commercial understanding and customer oriented aligning with business direction.
  • Computer literate and good at presentation / communications and decent when appearing to customer’s face.
  • Good command of English.
  • Bahasa native speaker with other languages is advantage.
  • Willing to learn and expose new assignment and challenge
  • Good cooperation and can-do attitude, positive attitude and good human relationship.

Responsibilities

Manage to execute mill sales management and volumes for business operations and markets in Indonesia or any other assigned by superior.

  • Executing mill sales operations and support superior in business expansion e.g. new plants, rebuilds, repairs or other possible services.
  • Identify prospects and convert to customers.
  • Sell new plants, rebuilds and repairs
  • Manage customer contacts and relation.
  • Act as sales professionals for key customers and support team to deliver result.
  • Sales budget, forecast, planning and action plan
  • Profit & Loss of the projects sold as well as following up the agreed payment.
  • To lead the sales and project works in the project team within given budget.
  • Drive legal, business code of conducts and other business requirement compliance.
  • Work together with all business units / lines on customer influence and sales / profits volume throughout sales processes, including data management and filling.
  • Initiate the handover to the project organization, services or any relevant business unit after sales and follow up to ensure quality and satisfaction.
