Requirements
  • A University Degree in Technical, Mining, Engineering is preferred.
  • Proven track records in management, people development, process, sales and marketing.

Minimum of 10 years of solid technical knowledge and experience on Remanufacturing is preferred

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for foot print implementation, standardization, developing & promoting the Reman product portfolio as well as marketing and the business development of the Reman within Epiroc Southern Asia region and global expansion
  • Fully manage all aspects of Reman Center activities, keeping Safety First in Mind and ensure an excellent relationship with all customers and dealers.  With support of the MRS Divisional team.
  • Ensure the Remanufacturing Center services and facilities become and remain the top benchmark within our industry to ultimately in a tenable and profitable way, add value to our and our customers operations.
  • Have full responsibility for delivering a first class service rebuild program to our customers via the customer centers and dealers and by so doing improving our NPS results year after year
  • Have full responsibility to have the Service Center becoming the benchmark (best practices, safety sharee) for other Epiroc workshops, worldwide
  • Ensure an efficient activities planning, clarity in structure with Competent and Motivated workforce and efficient stock management
  • Ensure we meet the financial KPI / targets of the Remanufacturing Center
  • Execute an annual internal assessment and grading of the Remanufacturing Center, together with corrective action plans and follow-up  including but not limited to Safety, Financial performance, Financial follow-up, Physical set-up, Image, Processes, IMS and systems etc
  • Create marketing material and aggressively promote the Remanufacturing Center services to the all markets
  • Ensure team focus is on continuous quality improvements by minimize the re-work
  • Develop and implement appropriate business strategies and priorities for each targeted market segment utilizing territory management skills.
  • Ensure customer loyalty by providing the highest quality product and superior after-the-sale support.
  • Involve the Business Line Managers/Product Manager in the development and implementation of local strategies to ensure adequate technical and commercial support.
  • Prepare necessary information at the request of the Business Line Managers, Management, and other internal stakeholders and information as requested whether routine or for special occasions.
  • Work cooperatively with all departments in a spirit of teamwork to address problem areas and stimulate sales.
  • Ensure the asset management in Reman Center keep maintained
  • Recruit, develop and maintain competent people to support our customers and use strategic vision to create appropriate succession plans.
  • Insure that proper internal control functions are being adhered to at the Reman Centre and raise “red flags” to management whenever compliances with sound business principles are at risk.
  • Assist Technical Trainer with staff training in all aspects of Branch Operation, technical, management and administration
  • Liaise with major clients and prospects and negotiate sales/ additional sales for maximum profit/benefit to the companies
  • Negotiate renewals to all agreements/contracts in a timely manner
