Our company is a division that specializes in coordinating marketing activities in selected regions including South East Asia, South Asia, South Africa, and West Africa.
We have expertise and experience in distribution and development of Farma Products (Pharmaceutical and Consumer) in global countries.
- Bachelor degree from any major.
- Previous experience as Sales & Promotion Manager, preferably local Indonesia who residing in Nigeria.
- Minimum 5 year experience in the same position that handling Consumer or OTC Products.
- Familiar with Africa area and how to relate with their culture.
- Knowledge/Skill(s): Sales & Distribution Management, Channel Management, People Management.
- Fluent in English: oral and written.
- Placement: Lagos, Nigeria.
- Liaise with Country Manager and Sales Team to develop sales & distribution plans align with marketing plans.
- Coordinate with distributor to execute agreed detail sales & distribution plans.
- Monitor day-to-day operational and analyze distributor performance.
- Develop PICA (problem identification and corrective actions).
- Coordinate with BM in HO and other related dept., Sales manager/team in the country & distributor to make sure all the marketing programs are properly supported/done.
- Understanding comprehensive competitors’ & other key business players’ distribution model and develop ultimate our distribution model (route-to-market) and competitors’ 4Ps.
- Ensure implementation and improve business process (distribution management, report system, supply chain management, etc).
- Report to Country Manager.
