Requirements
  • Bachelors or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering or Business or Communications
  • Able to build broad and deep network with customers
  • Required language in Indonesia and English (fluent in speaking, reading, and writing) Must be willing to work in Jakarta for full time position
Responsibilities
  • Marketing and coordinating PT SGES's business development activities. Maintains relationships with clients
  • Tracks external networking events
  • Assists with internal business operations
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for SGES's Geotechnical Soil Investigation (GSI) Services and Pile Testing (PDA, PIT, CSL) services in Indonesia.
  • Direct contact with regionally based clients to develop potential opportunities and follow up specific market research leads
  • Disseminate client contact information within SGES information upload to Avalon.
  • Creating and managing effective ?sales plans;
  • Maintaining a high knowledge level of the company's applicable products and services.
  • Presence at selected industry tradeshows, exhibitions, and conferences; including organizing marketing material and presenting to Fugro staff afterwards.
  • Identifies new projects through contact with clients and market awareness.
  • Supports general day-to-day business management; such as, invoicing and collecting.
  • The individual has the duty to support and execute companies QHSSE policies.
  • The individual has the duty to care for their own health and of others affected by their actions at work;
  • Must not willfully interfere with or misuse items or facilities provided in the interests of safety and health of SGES employees.
  • Must be in accordance with agreed SGES procedures for accident and incident reporting, report potential and actual hazards.
  • Consistency in following QHSSE procedures.
  • Other related duties as required.
